How about a Rare token (possibly Earcuff) that gives Bardsong damage bonuses to Wand attacks? That was on the token list for last year, but dropped off because it was too much Wand enhancement at once. Now that Wands are consumable again, I think more Wand enhancement is needed to make them more effective.

I'd like it if this didnt compete with Inspiration in the earcuff slot.

What about charm, ring or neck?

Charm or Ring would be great, I'd also prefer it not compete in the ear slot. We should probably avoid the neck slot, since that will be the class Relic/Legendary.

Well, given that the UR Ioun Stone Flourite Cube is +2 to wand damage in that slot, I would submit a rare should be +1 virtually anywhere we put it.

Enabling bardsong bonus is tricky, as that can be anywhere from +1 to +6 depending on bard level, instrument, and whether there is a troubador with enhance bardsong.

Charm of the sage gives +2 to all scroll effects at rare.

On the other hand - the existing rare earcuff grants Bardsong to spell damage, which is more than many UR focus items give. So there is precedent. I think one mitigating factor is that there might not always be bardsong (no bard, bard is dead/incapacitated, bard is doing something else).

Well, we set rare level for that, so I get it here.

Do we need to worry about it essentially "double dipping" for a wizard with MoMM?

I think if a Wizard were using a wand on their normal action and a wand with MoMM, it would effect both wand attacks.

Brain fart. Should be 16 each. 8 from wand, 2 from ioun stone and up to 6 from bardsong.
