OH, good, that is Jeff's problem then...

I noticed a couple of differences from the above post and the download form you print out to send in.

For Flask of Survial the form says Alchemist's Ink instead of Parchment (I hope it's parchment)

On the Silver Rapier, the form doesn't list the Claymore.

Where is the order guide for trade tokens and combo tokens????

Never mind I found it.

Where did you get the new version because the one under Resources in the menu bar still lists the old recipies.

Dave mentions in the other thread he sent a revised version to Jeff. I hadn't actually downloaded the new form yet.

It does not look like it is out there, yet. Sorry.

The corrections were to change Alchemist's Ink to Parchment on the flask and add the Claymore to the rapier, which I had left off the page. You can use the old one if you wish, just use the correct formula. Sorry for the confusion.
