Actually I saw something on a crime show that I was watching that said that they did add something to antifreeze so that it no longer tastes sweet.<br /><br />Kim

The active ingredient to lower the freezing point, ethylene glycol, is the aspect that tastes sweet. The manufacturers can't take that out and maintain the effectiveness of the product nor can they make that not taste sweet. They might be able to mask the taste with something adverse so that the negative taste predominates. Oh well.

What am I doing for fun? Why, I'm reading old comics, naturally. Batman, Iron Man, The Spectre, Fantastic Four, The Micronauts. Good, clean fun.
