The supreme court claims that the constitution itself overrules those clauses. According to them, it's non-revocable and statehood is permanant. So it wouldn't matter what treaties or clauses or agreements there were.

The Dark Knight....have to say hands down...did not like it...Iron Man was way way better, so was either Hulk movie and Batman Begins.<br /><br />Heath was an awesome Joker, but the plot and movie left way to many things un-answered for my tastes.

This little guy makes number 17, but 18 and 19 are on the way by April, so he doesn't have much time for the limelight.<br /><br />BTW, I agree Henwy.  Any options for pulling out of the union are no longer options, unless you have a few aircraft carriers and marine and army divisions and an air wing or two at your disposal.
