fnordchaos Offline Posts: 2383	Exactly that DD... Whenever we went somewhere, we always had to make sure that we stocked up on plenty of other beverages. She was fine showering, but couldn't use tap water to brush her teeth. And most bottled water affects her too. Allergies are so annoying.

Speaking of drinks...NEWS FLASH... I've given up caffiene and beer! (let's just say it was long overdue for better health!) Bottled water is now my drink of choice... oh it hurts...but my blood pressure will thank me for it!

I drink lots of water. My mom does too but she likes some flavor, so she puts in lemon or lime slices, or sometimes just some lemon or lime juice, or she add in springs of mint. Little things that help flavor the water and make it a bit more interesting to the palate.

I never have water in a cup. little laugh<br /><br />Also if you take healthy snacks to work, it'll help you stay away from less healthy snacks in the vending machine.
