No, no, Not Lazy, You were in Energy Conservation Mode!

I love Energy Conservation Mode!<br /><br />Beside pixies being hard to catch, don't forget they have many friends. Like dust bunnies that can help them steal the gummy bears. Pixies don't always mind a little dust on their gummies.  =D

I don't know, EC Mode doesn't seem to work with my wiring, within a bit it tries to go into Sleep/Hibernation Mode. And you've gotta try to restart after that. And with all the multitasking I have to do its better not to enter into EC Mode. <br /><br />Pixie Dust makes gummy bears sparkle, its like adding sprinkles.  =D<br />And you know things taste better with sprinkles.

So I went to the casino tonight. I sat down and played let it ride...I lost my first hand (no one to the right of me at the time) and right before the second hand someone joined the table. now the dealer flipped pocket kings....the person to the right of me had pocket kings....she bet 30 as well along with the dollar bonus chip...she walked away with $1800...that sucked...ALOT lol...all in all i lost $50 

Feh. I lost $250 playing mostly that crap a couple weeks ago in AC. Best hand I saw the entire weekend was three of a kind. On the plus side, I got to kick up some drama at one point. The best thing about let it ride is it's usually a slow bleed. It's about the most entertainment you're going to find at a table game for the amount of cash you're likely to lose. People have called it the slot machine of card games and there's definitely some truth there.<br /><br />Anyway, in case anyone is curious, I actually recapped my visit to AC as a couple of voiceposts. Parental discretion is advised. 1 , 2 .

Oh, and think of it this way....at least she didn't sit down to the left of you. Then you would have had the fun of knowing that she had taken what were rightfully _your_ cards by sitting at the table. I thought a bit about that when I was down at AC and I wondered if hardcore gamblers always try to sit on the far left of anything just to avoid stuff like that. It's sorta like in blackjack when you hit when you shouldn't have and bust on a card that would have busted the dealer who went next. You get all sortsa lovely glares when that happens.
