Maybe we can all join a YAHOO league...???

I'm kinda partial to 6 points for TD - 1 point for each 20 rushing yards and 1 point for each 50 passing yards and 1 point for each 20 receiving yards.

giving a QB 1 point for each 20 passing yards is too much pressure on having a great QB.

This is the way I play typically as well.

Well, I got it half right. The Saints didn't make it, but the Colts sure did. Go Colts!

Kim

Doug, where are you living in MA? I'm from Western MA.

I don't think you can say the Pats choked. I don't think the better team won, but they sure were the better team for the second half, better enough to make up for the Pats being the better team of the first half. I was waiting for an announcer to say, "During halftime, we've secretly replaced the Patriots defense with a cub scout troop. Let's see in anyone notices." Brady played well, Gostkowski kicked well, at least Vinatieri didn't make the difference, Belichick should have run on 3rd and whatever with 2:30 left (even if you fail, make them use timeout or let clock run to 2-minute warning), blah blah blah excuse excuse excuse. Oh well. Now I just have to say,

go bears. =( Man, can't even get excited about that. I wish at least the Saints had won. Wahhh! =(

brian
<choke>...<cough>...<ack!>

And the worst part was their Coach being an arse after the game. I wouldn't shake Peyton's hand. No class.

I didn't see the after game stuff - I started putting on my coat after that interception. I can't believe Bill wouldn't shake Peyton's hand. Was it an actual snub, or did Bill just head for the locker room after greeting Dungy (in a very classy manner) and just miss Peyton?

Brian
How do you miss Peyton Manning? It would be like missing Elvis. I noticed that he just breezed on by him. His post game interview with Solomon Wilcots was pretty pathetic. Marino and Esiason were laughing when they kicked it back to the studio.

Kim
