That's a really cool pattern on Raven's bag. You've gotten some really neat fabric for stuff.

Kim

Raven was right I got my patterns before reading her post. Oh and by the way ask Raven for the pic of our friend who discovered you can use the pouch as a bonnet. Oh my goodness it is funny. Teeheehee. Anyways thank you DD for the patterns the shirt pattern looks interesting and something I might actually use for a change. Not that I going to have a sewing room in my new house, its too small, sniff. But at least I'll have the kitchen table to set things on if I really want. Anyways thanks again.

LOL, DD. you are tenacious. I don't usually use purses - I find them a pain to carry and keep an eye on, but, if you must know, my favorite color is green. =D

Teehee. =D

I know you're not a purse gal, but didn't know if you'd have use for one as a dice bag, or jewelry holder.
I don't want to foist one on you, but if you were interested I'd be delighted to make and gift one to you in appreciation for the fabric donation. *smiles*

The original bag, which you can see on DD's blog, is a really pretty green sparkly shiny pattern. Not anywhere near as pretty as the brocade though. Comparing the two bags, teh stitching on DD's bag is much better IMNSHO. I use my original bag as a dice bag. My pretty brocade one, that I am covetting, will be used as a purse.

I'm not a purse person either, but I have a lot of formal events coming up, and well it wouldnt do to do what I normally do with money and ID, which is stick them in a small pouch and then in my bra. Now I have a bag that I will actually carry when I dont have my normal pockets, which is amazing my mother.
