<br /><br />Do you teachers do ANYTHING the last week of school other than throw parties and show movies?  Oh, yeah, and field trips...don't forget field trips!<br /><br />Ha ha....enjoy your summer off!<br /><br />Lori<br /><br />PS...in case you don't know, I'm razzing you about the last week of school.  If I were a teacher, I'd be so fried by the 3rd DAY  that I'd be showing movies and sending them on field trips!<br />

<br /><br />Ugh - I'm not off until June 23!  We just finished state testing though, so a video-based lesson is a good break.  I show the Indian attack scene from STAGECOACH, then the buffalo hunt from DANCES WITH WOLVES, and ask students to compare how the Native Americans are portrayed.  Usually works pretty okay.<br />

ehehehhee, I love music. And I love variety. <br />Different types, different cultures, different eras. <br />I'm a total music hound. I always have music playing.<br />I can't hardly listen to the radio anymore because commercials drive me crazy and its like they only play the same 40 songs over and over again.<br />Where as on my puter I've got some playlists that are 9 hours long and I never have to hear the same song over. <br /><br />**Edit**<br />currently listening to Silent Planet: Scotland the Brave
