I'm at 256, a 22 lbs loss for a total percentage of 7.9%. How'd everyone else do?

Starting weight 343 lbs.

Weight today 340...negligible improvement, but better than gaining.

Congrats to those who did well!!!

Any loss is a win, regardless of the contest. Losing weight and getting healthier is really hard.

Use the new job as a good way to keep motivated. A change in scenery can have a huge impact. Great job smack and to everyone else as well.

311.4 from 339.9.

Down 8.4% it seems.

I'm actually quite pleased, though I have about 70 more to go at least.

Edited because I forgot how math works.

I see

Wade at 8.4%
Josh at 7.9
Smak at 7.4

Others with some loss, but not "in the running"
Anyone else?

If so, I'm going to random draw the gifted prize and will also add in the golden fleece randomly, since we had 9, and since I managed to sneak out the win.
