Started at 280 and weighed in on Thursday morning at 257.5. Lost 22.5 pounds. After Skull Con I plan to continue set new goal and continue.

I lost as well - only a 2 pound loss - but at least I’m a bit more active than before. Now to work on that willpower vs sweets
