In other topics, I am not in favor of "$0" bidding during the auction. With additional league members the draft becomes even more important. Using your budget wisely is critical and one of the really fun aspects of auction drafting. If you blow your wad early or over bid too many times then you might have some not so fun choices later in the draft. Those are the consequences. With the league expansion, and covid still a possible monkey wrench, I think we should consider a bump in the base funding to start the season for waiver wire purchases.

The $0 bid option applies to weekly waiver bids (you can do more than $0 of course.) I have done yahoo for auction before and I don’t believe it lets you bid $0 for initial player selection.

Okay, 12 teams and 3 divisions (currently random but I can change it before season starts.) I've tried to get scoring as close as I could to the old league but defense letting 300-350 yards will be worse than the old league. If I messed up other scoring, please let me know. 4 IR spots in case of covid.

I'm certainly cool with the extra $5. I'll send that over as soon as I can.

I've never played with 3 divisions so I'm curious to see how it will do.

Personally, I don't think Fantasy Football is good beyond 12 teams in a league. I've seen (but not participated in) 2 leagues that had 14 players. No one liked it.
When others post interest, I'd say push to get 4 more players at least to have the 2 leagues of 8 players each. And then those 2 leagues can always expand back to 10-12 players and so on.

I do have a different league running that has many of the players with TD already involved. However it is a purely money league for now. So if anyone is interested, we are at 8 teams and could go with either 10 or 12 teams.

For those Colts fans (like me) worried about Wentz being injury prone and unable to finish the season upright - they haven't played a game and he's injured now (out 5-12 weeks.) The Colts have an amazing talent base and a window to get great right now but have to have a QB to make it happen. Unless they pull a trade for Watson or 2020 Round 4 pick Eason turns out to be a star - hitting 8 wins would be a stretch. *sigh* They could have had Stafford but got cheap.

One day perhaps! They do have the same number of Super Bowl rings Mahommes might have had more to do with his, though.

Okay, coming back online. Any issues I need to handle? When do we want to do the draft? Any rules changes to decide upon? Everyone should have gotten invites but I only see 9 teams in the league right now.

Pretty wide open on this side in the Pacific Time Zone. Would prefer weekend if possible due to length of the draft for 12 teams, but could make it work if not.
