Right, and he's still USAgent in the comics.

I wonder what the material is in Walker's new shield.

Turns out its a secret call back.

I like that Falcon is getting his new wings (I'm assuming that is what they are) from Wakanda, since that's where he originally got them in the comics (he swung around on a rope before that). I'm looking forward to seeing what it looks like. It looks like Joaquin will be the new Falcon using the old repaired wings.

It looks like John Walker might be going the USAgent route, which I like. Although maybe it will be a Captain America vs. Captain America first?

So Vanessa was the big Cameo. It's nice to see her, I wonder if she's associated with SHIELD, or with some other organization.

Without super strength, I kept thinking while Sam was catching that Shield that it would probably have broken his arm every time. Suspension of disbelief, I know.

A lot belief suspension in general. But remember, Walker didn't have the super soldier serum at first either and it wasn't breaking his arm.

Good point, he'd probably have a broken arm also before the serum.

There a was a scene in Fallen Son after Steve's death in the 616 where Tony convinced Clint to give being Captain America a go and they're talking about how dangerous the shield is even for someone trained in combat. Clint asks how many agents practiced with it and Tony answered something to the effect "21 went to the infirmary and the rest are the reason I'm wearing my armor."

Wow. Really liked this episode, although they spent an awfully long time fixing that boat.

Makes sense that Sam could use the shield, if Walker could do it before he took the serum.

Julia Louis Dreyfus took me out of the show for a moment. I felt like I was entering an episode of VEEP. Does anyone know who their Vanessa is? I haven’t listened to my podcast yet.

Finally, an after credits scene! I think Walker’s shield will just be steel - still useful as a shield and a weapon, but no5ing like the real thing.

I feel like Walker will show up as USAgent for the final battle to try to kill Karli.

The scene with Isaiah Bradley was really powerful. I suppose he could show up to help Sam and Bucky in NY, but I doubt it.

I was happy to hear that Ayo will take Zemo to the Raft and not to Wakanda - I think he’s much more likely to escape from there.

I imagine Bucky will Ben in NY already, making amends with his friend from the first episode, whose son he killed.
