Yeah, it was more of getting caught up with where these characters are at in their personal lives, so we still need to see where the plot goes. But there was a fair amount of action and it was certainly longer then the first episode of WandaVision.

I do like how Marvel keeps expanding the references to "the blip" and all of the resulting fallout. An event of that magnitude would have overreaching and long lasting impact upon the whole world.

I doubt there is going to be a big plot twist like we were expecting with WandaVision. My guess is the drama on the US Agent side of things is that they guilted Sam into turning over the shield and then giving it and Cap's legacy to someone else. Though, given how strong the head Flag Smasher thus was I wouldn't be surprised if Zemo got his hands on some Super Soldier Serum.

I think it's just he looks doofy in the costume. Like he's cosplaying as Cap and is taking it way to seriously.

John Walker is pretty much a prick in the comics, I expect he will be here also. Maybe by the end of the show he'll have his USAgent identity.

I have to say I liked that better than Wandavsion, and I loved WandaVision.

Not sure yet how Mephisto will fit in the story.

I don't remember if it was covered in Winter Soldier or Civil War, but does Bucky remember his missions from when he was a Hydra agent? I thought he was periodically mind wiped, but he seems to remember Yuri's son and putting the senator in power.

I think his memories keep coming back in fragments, which is part of why he had to be periodically mind-wiped. It's also possible his therapy sessions might be helping him recall some memories.

I really feel that's intentional.

I think it's apropos to the situation and generally a fun word. Not unlike schadenfreude. I don't think it's a coincidence that both of those words are German.
