Peter suggested it in Spider-Man Far From Home, but Nick Fury shot it down.

There were a lot of big personality/character defining decisions in the episode. It was good to see Walker choose saving people over perusing Karli. I could have done with less of Sam's speech at the end, but that is central to the series so I'm not sure what I would have changed.

You were right about Sharon. I'm guessing we'll see the fallout from that in Cap 4.

I enjoyed the finale (and the series overall). There were a number of cool moments that they did really, really well. I thought Sam's speech was good--but I agree that it felt like it ran a little long (and required quite a suspension of disbelief, as no politician would have let him continue that long uninterrupted).

I wish this had had an extra episode or two. Some moments (e.g., Bucky's moment at the end with Yori) felt rushed and lost some impact as a result.

I'm excited for where they may take things (with US Agent, the Power Broker, etc.) in the future. I'm sold on the MCU series so far--Loki is actually the one I'm most worried about (well, at least as much as I'm able to 'worry' about such things).

Yeah, I was surprised they didn't do more with Bucky and Yori.

Sam's speech was good, but did feel long.

At least it didn't end with Sam and Bucky taking the boat out and catching some shrimp.

Love how many possibilities for the future this show has created - Captain America 4 (hopefully with more Bucky)! US Agent! Could there be a Dark Avengers forming? Torres as a future Falcon?

Really liked the resolution with Isaiah Bradley.

I'd be surprised if Bucky wasn't in Cap 4 and my guess is he'll show up in BP2.

I would imagine Hawkeye will set up both Thunderbolts and Young Avengers.

A little off topic, but the director of the Spider-Man films is also doing Fantastic Four so hopefully that'll be an improvement over what we've seen with that.

The final episode wasn't bad, but I didn't really think it stuck the landing. The ending did seem a bit rushed, except for Sam's speech which seemed waaaaaaaay too long.

It was interesting that Sharon is now the Power Broker. I'm a bit disappointed that she took a heel turn since she showed a lot of character in Captain America: The Winter Soldier.

I was pretty happy with how John Walker turned out, and that he's officially USAgent with Super Soldier powers. I wonder if he'll play a big role in Captain America 4 or whether his future is more on Disney+ shows.

I was happy that Sam's new costume is very Comic accurate. I think it's one of the most accurate costumes of all of the MCU. USAgent has a pretty accurate costume now also, I wonder what type of new shield they'll get him.

I thought it was pretty clearly setting up for a Season 2 until they announced Captain America 4.

Gotta say, now that it's done, I've found both D+ shows to be a remarkably lower tier of writing then what's come before on tv or film. I hope they can get back on their A game sooner then later, I really want Loki to be good.

I thought the writing on this show was pretty good but not exceptional - A in places, lower in other places. I thought the writing on WandaVision was outstanding, I thought that show was on it's A game all the way through. I'd be very happy if the other Disney+ Marvel shows had the same level of quality as WandaVision.

+1 to this. Falcon & Winter Soldier felt too blatantly “preachy” at times that it took me out of the immersion into the MCU and WandaVision got too caught up in an artsy “oooh look what we did here” way that made it hard for casual Marvel fans to follow. Both had moments that were OK - but neither had me on the edge of my seat needing to watch another episode (like the Netflix Daredevil universe of shows often did).

I found both shows to be “just OK” after having really high hopes. Maybe my expectations were just too high.

This is kind of what did it for me (didnt do it?). Neither show felt like it did, well anything, to advance the over all story. I mean Wanda is reading the dark hold I guess but other then that you could skip both shows and not feel like you missed anything.

A big part of what I linked about the MCU was the feeling of the universe progressing between movies. It seems like the D+ shows arent willing to blow through any of that big screen powder. Your millage will vary I guess.

This pretty much sums up my thoughts on the season.
