I had the great pleasure of having many runs with John as well as having him as a coach, and sometimes both in the same run. He was a great coach, TD advocate, and team leader, and was the one who initially got me into Team Synergy. I will cherish the team tokens he created for us, and my thoughts are with Matthew and the rest of his family right now.

I was fortunate to meet John playing TD and joining in several groups with him. They were some of my favorite and I will remember them fondly.

So sorry to hear this. Condolences to the family and friends. The TD community has lost another valued member.

My condolences to his family.

I volunteered and roomed with John at so many conventions and developed a like and deep respect for him. He was a constant companion in the coaching rooms with me and will be greatly missed.

Damn, that's a gut punch. John was a great coach and run to have on runs. He'll be missed.

Well this is awful. Harlax was one of the friendliest coaches you could possibly get. He was the introductory coach for many of my friends that I brought to TD. Synergy runs with him were always so chill and happy. I will miss his friendly laugh and banter. What horrible news. I am so sorry for his family and the TD community as a whole.
