TOPIC: USPS follies

My treasure managed great rolls for shipping (Tuesday) and the Vortex (same night). Got to the Chicago logistics center center Wednesday morning, made it to the distro center same day, and left the distro center Wednesday afternoon. Guess it wanted a day to play tourist or something, because it didn't get to the local PO until last night for delivery today somehow

I don't know, do they run a lottery system to see who makes it out?

Still hoping for the best, but at the moment my package hasn't budged from St. Louis. By now it should have been in and out of Chicago and on its way to Oak Creek. Many times it has appeared in Oak Creek the same afternoon it left St. Louis. It's looking more like Monday for me.

Mine is here! But have to wait to get off work to see what I got.

In addition to the codes, I got another card about entering XP that has a picture of a spider on it. The picture has a piece of scotch tape over it. Not sure what that could mean…

My Chicago bound package is stuck in the vortex. Monday it is for me.

Just got a text that my loot arrived at the Chicago Distribution Center at 4:48 pm today. It somehow did this without being scanned coming or going at either Carbondale PO or St. Louis. Still, I am not going to complain—I’m happy it eventually showed up somewhere. No estimated delivery date yet. Tomorrow would require a lucky roll. I am going to assume Monday and hope to be pleasantly surprised.

Well, not too bad. 46 pulls got me a Gloves of the Deadshot UR, a Minotaur Hide, 6 monster bits, 2 mechanical bits, a +1 turkey leg, an amulet, and more rares than uncommons.

Still none of the new greaves, seems odd.

Huzzah! My package successfully teleported from Carbondale to Champaign without any intermediate scans. Crossing fingers for a possible Saturday delivery though ETA is still Monday...

Huzzah!

In a daring stealth operation, my package evidently made it out of St. Louis. It was last seen arriving in St. Louis Thursday night. The next sighting came this morning at my local PO only about a mile from my house. Whew. It must have been a harrowing 30 hours of avoiding scan technology, but barring an unforeseen mishap, it should be out for delivery today.

Really, really glad treasure arrived today. Overall, pulls were amazing. 320 pulls - relic turkey leg, 2 URs, 16 of the platinum components and 9200 loose gp. Also, got a 10x Minotaur Hide, which I'm sure will come in useful.
