I had never heard of Ackbar’s Eleven, so thanks for posting that link!

I love Hardware Wars! I saw it on late night TV ages ago, then snagged the DVD when in was released.

Classic! Troopers was awesome also!

D&D teaches all the important lessons in life - the low blow, the cheap shot, the back stab, the double cross. - Jerry Marsischky

Let them trap us. We have our swords. - Elric of Melnibone.

You try to get them to play the game, but all they want to do is play the rules. - Ardak Kumerian

I do not love the bright sword for its sharpness, nor the arrow for its swiftness, nor the warrior for his glory. I love only that which they defend - Faramir

If you have the DVD keep it. Rubio was told shortly after he was selling them he wasn't allowed to because of copyright infringements. So he started giving them away. I haven't seen any on eBay in years. I had a VHS version of it but it got lost over the years.

So, if you or anyone else is interested in getting Troops on DVD, I did just find an eBay listing with the first seven (maybe there were only seven?) Total Movie DVDs, and they do include Troops. Here's the link:

It seems well worth the asking price. There were some really fun trailers on these for some fairly obscure movies. Finding Enterprise (with William Shatner) was a fun unusual film - I did end up buying that on DVD after seeing the trailer on one of these. :)
