Since then, I've become a big fan of Charm of Spell Swapping. Want to be a damage druid or healing druid? Want to be a sliding Wizard or not?

Picking one, it's the +2 Holy Greatsword though.

is that because you play the class i can't play :)

It was, though now that I think on it, it may be Amulet of Guarding. Really adds to the theme of the self-sacrifice of the class.

For playing, my first UR was +2 Holy Great Sword. Had to trade with Mike Steele for it. My chosen class is Paladin so I had to have one.

Of course, I now have the +5 Ava’s Holy Avenger which allows me the benefits of the Blessed Redoubt Set. But I will keep the Holy Great Sword even if I were to quit TD, it holds a special place in my collection.

Favorite I do not own would be Boots of the Four Winds. I don’t expect to ever get one, short of hitting the lottery or Publisher’s Clearing House drawing. More realistically, I plan to obtain a Boots off the North Wind one day. Of course, BotFW comes up on eBay more than the UR boots...

Dave, I'm glad I was able to help you get your first UR. It always makes me happy to help someone get their first UR, or some other token milestone. :)

shout out to Jedi for helping me on my first UR. I didn't even know what PYP meant at the time.

Even after he explained it, I didn't really understand

Really don't care about the extra damage, but I've gotten to experience death in the dungeon over 50 times in the last two years due to that token. You find out who your friends are when someone is willing to shove a mystic mushroom down your throat. Ah, the good times.

they story with it is better than the token itself . awesome

And, in Team Synergy runs, our goal is to keep him from dying in the first place.

Except when Fiddy holds his hand onto a damage producing object...

While I love being a part of team synergy runs, even on team synergy runs I am decidedly in team "let Dave die and shove mystic mushrooms down his throat"

I believe our record is 4 deaths in a single room :-)

We’re Paladins...it’s our duty.

Often in groups I have joined, the Wizard doesn’t need me to guard. But I still try do it anyway.

These are the runs that should have someone in TD video. Then put up
After the modules are done. Along with a normal group too. Just to show some variation

Well, those runs tend to be very “meta.” And a bit punchy too. Like the whole party yelling “curse your sudden but inevitable betrayal” on entering the Drider room. Or “release the kraken” when entering the lava monster room 7. Or assembling the tripod before Maggie finished her spiel (she had a few choice words for us on that one)
