I would have made more grass...but the majority of buildings have brown bases...DOH.

OK for the next project - I will be making some 2 foot by 4 foot long terrain units that can "link up" with others and form 4x4 or 4x8 sections. Will need to be thinking about Dwarven Forge purchases after that!

HOOT!

Spooky Town is so cool looking! I knew it would be though. Should be a big hit at your Halloween party. Is this a party for kids or adults?

Kim

Nice Job Gary!...It loosk Great.

One of the things you might look at for linking sections, is Velcro straps...I had to chanel out vary slightly to level the bases, once I added the spraps, but it worked very well. As for the grass idea, you might aslo try spray on contact cement. It should let you add a second layer of "grass" to a base...I used it doing a desert terrain for 40k.

Thanks!

I might consider Velcro for my gaming pieces - but Spooky Town is so heavy and so weighted down that the two sections really don't need the help.

Who sells spray on contact cement??? Sounds worth a try.

THANKS AGAIN
G

Gary,
Have you tried 3M Super 77 formula (craft stores, office supply stores), similar to Spray Mount, but very perminant. If you have not you might want to. Use in a well ventilated area though. We use it to mount scientific posters and once it makes contact, you can not reposition anything. Unlike Spray Mount (which is made to allow things to be removed) Super 77 is perminant.

Dave
