Saw people asking what happens if we get to week 17 without a winner... More realistically, if the pool ends earlier (say Week 7), is there a chance of awarding the prize(s), then restarting with new entry fees?

That is a possibility.

I think it depends on how early it ends. While I think it more likely to end earlier than later, I'm not sure it would end by week 7. I guess all it would take is a couple of major upsets.

What happens if we're down to 2 or 3 people and they are all eliminated in the same week? It's easy enough to split money in case of a tie, but not Icecrag's.

Typically, I found everyone goes out on the same week, whoever went out on that week picks again next week.
