True, assuming you were picking against them from almost the beginning. They first played the Ravens in Week 2. Otherwise, you also can't pick against them on 12/4 because they don't play. It's the only week they are guaranteed not to lose.

I believe they are allowed to continue as a way to break the tie. They are the final survivors and if all four go out the same week it is technically a tie. But I think we agreed that in that case the final survivors continue until there is just one. We could just a easily roll die or use some other tiebreaker, but seems that in the spirit of the game, doing it this way seemed like the most fair.

if we dont agree and there is a tie..then those people split the money and I will keep the UR i donated since there is no way to split one token
or we can leave it to them to decide..since they beat the rest of us

That's because none of us made it to the final four. If any of us would've made it to the final then we could've made a decision on whatever the outcome would be. If they do lose I hope they keep going until there is only one. That would be cool.
