Dang 8 pages, you all just rabble on and on. Keep it up!

This is nothing. The horse forum I'm on has a thread that started January 25, 2003. It's up to 18.474 posts. They even kept it going when the forum split into two groups and one ended up on a totally different server.

They like to think of it as a front porch, and they drop by to visit and chat. :)

Just thought I would mention the use of Stevia (plant extract) as sweetener for those who seem to have problems with the man made stuff.

We use it in baking along with fructose for our diabetic friends and relatives (and chemical sensitive kids). There seems to be a lot less of a reaction to that, as even nutrasweet and splenda have shown some adverse effects (blood sugar, headaches, mood altering) for some people.

Stevia - tried it. Hated it.

But I have an aunt that uses it all the time. Guess I'm just lucky the artificial stuff doesn't bother me.

I used to have some friends who helped keep me informed on health and healthy foods. I have never heard of Stevia. I will have to try it out. Thanks David.

smakdown,

BE longwinded. That's what this post is about. :) Green tea can be a taste that has to be developed.

Stevia, is not very good by iteslf, but in things it can be OK. It takes a little playing with (and throwing out the failed attempts) before you get the hang of how much to use. It comes in liquid and powder form and can be puchased at most health food stores. Wild Oats often gives away samples.

RAVEN - welcome to the SUPER run!!!

Be you Barbarian or Bard (not likely as Dennis really has been tuning up) Ranger or Thief (you know I am so sad I missed your tagging me in the dungeon...I want a rematch...) Be you Mage or Cleric (yes I would turn over my mace and holy symbol...) I AM GLAD YOU ARE WITH US...

Thanks to Jeff for adding an 8th slot to the eBay Super Run auction adventure...

I'm also glad Raven is going to get to go on the charity run, even though it means I probably have to run the supply shop for the last hour. Of course, that also means I get to run it when the group goes thru. Hmmmm, prices seem to be MUCH higher at the end of the day. ;)

Hey Lesimony,

I just thought I'd let you know, that site recinded that faulty second charge. Now its just waiting for my actual order to arrive.
Like I said before, they do have a nice selection, and surely that kinda thing can't happen to every order.
But for a first time order, its been a rather disappointing experience. But it can't always turn out like that, can it?
We'll see how things are when I get my order, they couldn't have messed that up to, could they?
*little laugh*

Oh, you should see the new faux fur I've got, its a faux mink in a raspberry color with black tips. Pretty fun, and I've got one that is a kinda patchwork appearance, and I've got some faux wolf again.
Me thinks I need to run to wallyworld and get some cluster stuff and make handmuffs.
*little laugh* And all this because someone from Scotland emailed me about a red mink one. heehehhehee
