Oy - Sunday we ran in Griffith Park, the largest urban park in the nation.  We did 8.4 miles in slightly under 80 minutes - seems like an easy pace, but it was a tough run.  The first two miles were on trails that were pretty sandy, and then there were a lot of rolling hills to run up and down.  I was really strong going up, but had a tough time running down those hills - hard on the knees.  Tonight will be an easy 5 mile mentor-led run - we'll see how many team members show up! (last week it was none!)

Whew - just got back from running - did about 5 miles in 43:30. =D  No one else from the team showed up, though. =(<br /><br />Now on to San Diego!

Oooooo - looks very deathly!

Ran 10 miles yesterday - farthest I've run since the marathon itself!  Felt good, and I'll definitely be ready for the Disney Half in September.<br /><br />BTW, you are all invited to my movie night fundraiser this Saturday night - we are going to watch the best running movie of all time - CHARIOTS OF FIRE.  It's going to be a fundraiser for my run, and snacks will be provided. =D<br />

Quick 4 mile run tonight before going to a small concert with Marian Call.  I also saw her last week at Wootstock at SDCC.<br />
