No need. There are so many amulets and rings out there that there will still be plenty of rings and amulets after all
The totems are made.
At the time of posting this, I'm going to apply the same analysis I apply to all reprints that I recommend, so let's see how the wonder effect items compare:
Ring of Wonder: First printed in 2020, so that's a little early for a reprint compared to what we've seen in recent years. Currently available through vendor websites (Trent, Kirk, Utaku): Onyx - 2 at $142.50 and $150. Gold - 1 at $125, 3 at $95. Overall, coming in higher than current PYP price, but not egregious. As a reprint candidate, there's better targets.
Amulet of Wonder: 2008 and 2013, printed twice, but it was last printed 11 years ago. Currently available through vendor websites (Trent, Kirk, Utaku): Onyx - 0, Gold - 1 at $85, 2 at $175, 4 at $179. Once someone snaps off that last $85 token we're well into reprint candidate territoy. Will that price pull back some? Potentially if the hype around the new legendary dies down, but highly unlikely it drops below $125.
There's certainly room to argue against reprinting these tokens, but I think it's safe to say there's more than zero need. There's currently only 13 more potential wonder effects available when earlier today they were widely available for $25-$30. This tells me that TPTB would be supported if they are interested in making the Wonder effect available either for newer players that want the effect and are willing to use a slot or anyone who missed out on the gold rush this afternoon.
I'm likely not making one of these so I don't particularly have a dog in this fight, but if someone missed the two hour window of getting their reasonably priced Wonder effect and could be forced into making an Omni Orb to get their new fun shiny token, that would be a bit of a feel bad.
