Sorry little confused on loaning TEs does that mean if I have one TE gold nugget I can loan that single TE to each of my friends in the run?

No. You must still follow all the normal rules of equipping tokens, specifically that any one token can only be equipped by one person at a time.

Treasure enhancers just have an additional rule that says you cannot lend them outside of the run you are on.
