and I see Potter types faster than I do :)

Thank you! My group has 8 people, so I guess I hope other 2 might have some TEs. Sorry, I didn't know about that rule.

do you have a barbarian in your group of eight for gencon?

Yes, I'm the barbarian.

I'd wait for Smak to comment himself, he has been known to play a hilariously illiterate muscle wizard at times XD

Smakdown is a barbarian who has full treasure to equip a party and generally asks nothing for doing so. I'd suggest at least buying his ticket for your run if you're feeling generous (or offering him all of your random gold you pull from the run for his gold pile)

The big caveat being he ONLY plays Barbarian so you'd have to be willing to swap

I was on a run when Smak played Wizard.

the utter disbelief of the GMs.

seriously, to lend a hand to this group, i would try any class as long as they don't kill me after the run for being a buffoon. :P like trent and i have said many times, there is a good reason we play tanks. :S

As long as you shout "Stop! Hammer time..." before you start lobbing Thor's +5 :)

Plus his artifact makes your entire group 5th level and has a Side Effect: Smackdown takes half the damage from the first party member to be attacked in any combat. E.g., if the first player would have taken 20 damage, Smackdown and that character each take 10. This affects any kind of damage in combat, be it physical, natural, or magical.

Wait - I thought that was a requirement for anyone wielding Thor’s +5?!?
We’ll have to have Druegar add it to token.db if it’s not already in there.

Let's hope we get lucky with run times. I would love to have you in my group. We're a bunch of noobs.

Please note Smackdown has player wizard once but only hit things and brutally murdered party members trapped in a cube. Trying to figure out his build for a wizard was nightmarish.
