TOPIC: 2022 Ultra Rare Final Kind of

I'll throw my however many cents into this with everyone else:

+2 Chaos Cannon - I like it as an open to everyone weapon. It's good for mid range players, open to theme runs, and just seems 'fun' for lack of a better word. I can see make it 2 handed and I could see adding a bomb icon to it. I just picked up a +2 boom stick this year and still wouldn't be mad at having or seeing others with the chaos cannon.

+2 mug of battle - I'd pick one or two up, depending on what happens with the turkey leg options. Honestly, I like the theme of a drunken monk (thematically or on the card) fighting with battle mugs.

Bead of Jealous Heroism - with only the current drawback I'd be jealous of this if I had picked up the Cook's hat or any of the other items that came with a level and a drawback. I think this needs a little something more on it, unless we're getting more bead slots by default.

Belt of the Deadshot - This feels more in line with where the power should be.

Brooch of Beading - I like it. I just need to know if its slotless or a new slot.

Butterfly Cloak - I like this version of it. I would not be unhappy to find this in a pack.

Death Knight Mail - I agree with some of the other people that the limited amount of darkrift damage that occurs makes the bonus seem a little weak on this particular piece but I also understand not putting the strength bonus on it.

Earcuff of the Ravager - I don't run a lot of charm or Ioun Stones so I'm likely to pick this up but I understand the people with slot expanders thinking its too weak to care about.

Gloves of the Deadshot - I like the ability and theme of these. Not for my build but for mid to newer players, I can see it having a place.

Harlax's - I like the effect, I think the text is more clear since the last version but I agree that to avoid semantic arguments about 'lamps' clarifying on it that it means Harlax's lamp only.

Ring of Havoc - I like the limits on this and its transmute chain. No complaints, especially compared to where it started.

Shirt of the Imbiber - Set piece, nothing else to see or say here.

Sniper Spectacles - Good reprint.

Lucky Items - I like stuff that opens the set up a bit more to others.

Caster related items - I'm going to hold my tongue on these as they aren't classes I play so I feel I have no right to critique their tokens.

Honey do's call -- but she's given me a lunch break...time to weigh in on a couple things (sorry no time to read what other have posted).

Belt of the Deadshot - much better I can live with it. It gives me increased interest in upgrading my Frost Giant belt to Fire.

Broach of Beading - I liked badge...is this in the neck slot? or a new slot? If neck please consider moving it elsewhere, folks won't want to give up there class Relic or Legendaries.

Earcuff of the Ravager - might be power creepy, but I kinda like it.

Gloves or the Deadshot (better name thanks!) and Sniper Specs - do we need 2 +3 with Ranged attacks in the same year. Eventually yes, I would only do one or the other.

Lucky Charm -- Lucky Charms, there magically delicious!

I'm in a slightly better place now ONLY because I'm about to finally make Drue's. But for builds that don't include a +5 legendary weapon, Earcuff of the Ravager is a solid token which could well provide more benefit than your two weakest IS or charms (particularly if you don't own a bunch of vol URs).

I'm referencing the Arcane Earcuffs (current PYP) and Orbits Earcuffs (2023 token) and the legendary Earcuffs for 2023. Seems very unlikely for this earcuff to see much use considering it's limitations to melee only, weapon only and it's competition being slot expanders is all I meant

I understand; I'm just saying slot expanders are only as good as the things you put in the extra slots, and since I don't currently own any IS that grant +hit (i.e. Onyx Cube/Sphere) I could see choosing Earcuff of the Ravager in at least some of my builds.

Of course you're absolutely right that it isn't a BIS contender, but that doesn't mean it won't see use by players who aren't quite so far down the slippery slope...

Still feel like Bead of Jealous Heroism doesn't really have a penalty for the intended target audience.

I'm hoping the Brooch of Beading is using the "Brooch" slot and is not slotless.

Like the rename of the gloves.

Surprised the URTE was removed. It will save me a fair amount of PYP purchases this year...

I probably wouldn't pick it up, but getting a decent +Hit for Clerics without sacrificing healing is really difficult.

Not everyone has or wants all the slot expanders. As someone who intentionally avoids slot expanders, I find it very infuriating when a slot gets ignored because all the top players consider it locked.
If something needs to be more powerful to match the power of other items of same rarity, do that.

9 = 10 HP
10 = 11 HP

The token that is so awesome you can turn it up to 11!

IS fluorite Sphere might be best with the wording from the new triton ring:

Healing spells cast are +2 and Healing received is +2.

I may not have room for that on a ring, but I could certainly find room for that on an IS.
