Adding healing is a good idea at the transmute levels.

I don’t agree it’s weak.

Recasting a spell as a spell 1/game is a ur level effect, combining two ur level effects is a relic effect.

This is crown of expertise stapled onto a +2 damage lenses, that can’t use level 2 or higher spells, but can use mage and archmage powers.


I'd rather just keep the 2/3/5 scaling over dipping the power for a 1/game ability, especially since there's already an archmage ability that does that 1/room

Clearly you don't like it, but for the record: it's not tied to having another legendary, it offers plenty of benefit (similar to Crown of Expertise), all on it's own.

The synergies with mage powers are intended to match the fact that Druids get spell surge and clerics get restore spell / power - i’d like to see mages get their toolbox abilities.

If you believe this makes this token more directed at mages, I think this is somewhat reasonable, given that:

* physical ranged has 3 ranged boosting eye slot URs (4 if you're a rogue), the first one being 10 years old when the 2022s come out

* melee has 1 melee boosting eye slot UR, the first one being 6 years old when the 2022s come out

* spell healing has a boosting eye slot UR, being 8 years old when the 2022s come out

It's high time there be an eye slot UR for spell damage

It would also be nice to me if, for a change, spell damage got a Relic/Legendary item in a slot before or at the same time as melee.

Enhanced: +2 DEX, -1 CON
Exalted: +2 DEX

A greaves Relic usable by all classes. Combine the various treasure box greaves to provide a damage reduction benefit.

Offer a 3 star for 3 different rare greaves, 4 star for 4 different rare greaves and 5 star for 5 different rare greaves.

Offer an UR for 5 different uncommon greaaves, R for 4 different uncommon greaves.

Standardize what the effects will be.

There isnt a legendary shirt/pant/gloves/greaves/ universal headgear/eyes/ earcuff
Id like to see a legendary item that doesn't exist yet so maybe
Lenses of Supreme focus +7 dng/heal
Pants have a eldrich so don't really need them
Gloves of swift action +3 dex/con not suprised/free action and before initiative has 1 free action
Greaves of the elements -7/9 from elemental dmg/ free action/ immune to hold
Head gear could be +7/9 all saves +3con
Shirt of the slayer +7 strength +3 dex/con
Then earcuff I wouldnt know maybe another elemental style item but I wouldn't know what to do with it
i think I'm some sort of wizard

The Shirt Arcanum is already in-process (Arcanum is the replacement for Eldritch sets, of which Cavadar appears to be the last).

Since I don't think we've actually brought it up in this thread yet, 2022 should have the greater and lesser Dragon Orb transmutes.

Greater - 1/yr summon a TD director dressed like a dragon to act as your companion through the dungeon. No real in game effect.

Lesser - 1/yr summon a TD volunteer dressed like a dragon to act as your companion through the dungeon. No real in game effect.

So I saw some “ur glasses, then relic, then legendary” and WITH Cranston’s I was thinking what wouldn’t just Break?

Reprint : Sniper Spec’s

Relic : Spell Sniper Spec’s : +3 Focus effect. If you equip both, they sort of work together for slid spells.

Legendary : +2 hit, +2 focus +2 damage .

With the relic this would be +2 hit (meh) + 5 healing + 7 damage on spells or 9 polymorph or 2 ranged, or 2 melee

With the ur this would be +5 hit ranged or +2 hit melee +( 2 to damage or + 4 poly damage) + 2 healing

With instant analysis it would be similar for melee hits. I dunno what the “order” might be appropriate for what is relic and what is legendary. Monks want UR and Legendary with Benrows. Clerics might want that sweet sweet relic / legendary though it may break up their armor set to wear Cranston’s. This would be amazing for druids thinking about poly. I think rangers might like the “melee” version and any other class that wants to melee also would have to decide if a helm or some combo with Cranston’s is worth it.

I have blessed redoubt and broke it up because I wanted to hit things in melee and needed to fit a brawlers horn. Basically, I think the options are good enough it doesn’t make sense to keep most Clerics in the redoubt set, and lucky and death Knight sets don’t use the head slot.

My progression more or less went like this: Once I switched melee offhand to the horn, I decided that the AC wasn’t really high enough to stop attacks, so I switched head to crown of expertise and went lucky plate and lucky shield in ranged offhand. Now I’ve picked up lucky cloak and switched torso to death Knight plate. With the right eye slot option, I could swap crown of expertise to Cranston’s and that would be a fine option.

UR Bracers of supreme Archery reprint, maybe in theme with avast archery or blimey.

Relic : arcane avast bracers of archery ; the idea is the +2/+2 from the original would either add a charm / ioun slot like the “arcane set” typically does, or add to spell damage, like the arcane set “typically” does. 😀 in the “adds a slot” version one might be enough, I dunno, greater minds than mine. In the “adds to damage” maybe it is 3 to hit with ranged and 2 to all damage.

Legendary : honestly this may not be necessary though as long as wishes go out, + to fort saves (pirates and ale) maybe in the form of Constitution, and so long as we can only equip one bracer an additional +1 to hit (or all to hits) and Jeff willing damage.

For protective reasons token could read “grants relic plus bonuses for total +4 to hit, +3 damage and 1 slot” sprinkle ranged as needed.
