Now would probably be a great time to fill in the hole at Relic (and Legendary) Eye slot. Encourage people to get Cranston's while it is still in print.

I'd love to see it based off a reprint of Lenses of Clear Sight, but am fine with it being based off something new (of the Cabal?) as well. I just want to see that overlooked spot addressed.

Relic/Legendary Gloves (of the Cabal? ;) ) would also be a nice spot to fill in.

Maybe a Relic/Legendary hat, not focused on AC. (of the Cabal?)

Maybe some non-Eldritch Relic/Legendary footwear might be good to consider as well.

At the lower transmute levels, we could still use:

Enhanced Bead
Exhalted Ears
Exhalted Eyes
Enhanced Feet
Exhalted Figurine
Enhanced Hands
Enhanced and Exhalted Head
Enhanced and Exhalted Ioun Stone
Enhanced Legs
Exhalted Mainland
Enhanced and Exhalted Offhand
Enhanced and Exhalted Torso
Enhanced and Exhalted Wrist

It'd be nice to flesh out some portion of these.

I don’t know about everyone else, but I’d rather trade some of that +hit to hit invisible, incorporeal, or even mirror images.

Spell damage has no support in the eye slot at UR, how about:

Spyglass (Eyes)

Usable by: Bard, Cleric, Druid, Wizards

UR version: +2 to spell damage

Relic version: +2 to spell damage and you may reuse a level 1 or lower spell, power, mage or archmage power next round (1/game)

Legendary Version: +3 to spell damage and you may reuse a level 1 or lower spell, power, mage or archmagr power next round (1/room)

The Storm King Banner
5* Relic
The Party adds +3 to hit and damage with ranged and spells. The equipping player suffers -5 to saves and AC.
Melee Offhand
Barbarian, Fighters, Rouge, Paladin

The Legendary version could increase the hit and damage numbers while reducing the saves and AC penalty. Probably should only allow one of each to affect the party. Giving +12/+12 might be a bit much.

Adding healing is a good idea, that would make it more broadly appealing.

I don’t agree it’s weak.

Recasting a spell as a spell or reusing a special power 1/game is a ur level effect, combining two ur level effects is a relic effect.

At relic level This is crown of expertise stapled onto a +2 damage lenses, that can’t use level 2 or higher spells, but can use mage and archmage powers.
