Sidekick set, all items usable by all:

Cape of the Sidekick - +1 to saves, another willing party member gets +2 to saves

Mask of the sidekick - +1 Ranged to hit, another willing party member gets +2 ranged to hit

Gloves of the sidekick - +2 STR, another willing party member gets +2 STR

Utility Belt of the Sidekick - You may grant beneficial effects of potions you consume to another willing party member, you may drink a potion as a free action

Tights of the sidekick: +1 CON, Another willing party member gets +2 CON

Boots of the sidekick: +1 DEX, another willing party member gets +2 DEX

3 piece Sidekick set bonus: you may forego your standard action to give another willing player an additional standard action 1/game

5 piece sidekick set bonus: choose another willing player at the start off the adventure, they can not die while you are alive, whenever they take damage you take 1/2 as much yourself.

Why Missile Damage instead of Ranged Damage?

To specifically stick to items that boost physical stats vs magic stats.

Speaking of which, should there be a +3 focus neck item?

Interesting concept, but doesn't fit thematically this year. The 5 piece bonus doesn't really seem like a bonus.

All of the UR +Focus items are +2 with the exception of the ring which is only +1. So, a +3 for the neck slot doesn't feel extreme to me, but the only other neck slot focus item was a rare that gave +1.

Maybe +2 Focus +3 Dex?

UR neck attribute enhancers (ex: medallion of Valhalla) offer a much higher boost to attributes than rare (+7 Valhalla vs vigor’s +2 and 3hp) or vs other slots in UR (+7 Valhalla vs +4 death Knight Gauntlets). I think there is ample justification for a neck focus item to be +3.

I don't necessarily disagree, but I would argue +7 to one stat is different than +3/+4 to two separate stats.

Fair. For direct attribute comparison, compare Medallion of Valhalla to Boots of Might, death Knight boots, or Mithral boots? Gloves are a bit tougher in that regard, though while IMO +4 Str still isn’t as good as +3 STR and +4 Con, I could see an argument about just stacking in STR.

Sticking within neck itself, amulet of shock is +2 (medallion of magic exists too, but gets complex to compare fast). In both cases for wizard, there should be progression to UR. Furthermore, there is the previously mentioned large progression from amulet of vigor to medallion of Valhalla as another baseline to establish where a focus neck should land.

For what it is worth, I could see a +3 Focus Neck item, but for a different reason. This would allow a possible overall progression to be:
+1 at Rare (Medallion of Focus from 2016)
+2 at Exalted
+3 at UR

+3 Focus with +2 Dexterity or +2 Con would be a solid option for spellcasters who either don't have a good spellcaster necklace option (Druids/Bards) or are not able to craft their class Relic/Legendary necklace.

Current precedence in the neck is +3 stat +4 stat (3 str 4 con, etc) but Focus counts for nearly double of another boost like STR or DEX so it makes sense to do 3 Focus and +2 of a secondary stat instead of +4
