IMO the bard legendary is the most powerful and least glamorous class legendary. Lets not also forget that as an instrument it might as well also read "wear an additional UR neck" that other necklace classes don't get.

I completely agree. I would move the bard legendary to either 1st or 2nd on the list. Druid, unfortunately, still stays at the bottom.

Some easy fix ideas for druid legendary might be:
1. Expanded crit range: make druid elemental form crits be from 17-20 like rogue.
2. "Burst" ability where the druid can use a spell slot to do an additional 20 damage per spell level per attack in the elemental form they are in.
3. Increase the DR to 10 or 20 for the elemental form they take and give them regeneration 5/room as long as they use an elemental form. Possibly go further and allow them to absorb elemental damage of their chosen form for the entire party (i.e. fire elemental absorbing a fireball that would hit everyone - the druid would reduce that damage by their elemental DR for everyone in exchange for using a spell slot of 1st level or higher.)

Thanks for getting it back on track, Fred.

It would be nice to hear from TPTB if a review/revision of the earlier Class Legendaries is going to happen at some point.
