I proposed a similar token to this as a Rare. As a UR I think this is too underpowered to be desirable. I like the way you are thinking though!

For the +2 staff of power, would it be crazy to remove the “as a scroll” clause, and use it as the UR in the wizard transmute chain? I think it would be appropriate power wise, as for damage spells it would be limited to magic missile, burning hands, or acid ray, right? Otherwise, it’s primarily only useful for alertness at difficulties beyond normal...

Are you referring to the tokens that accompany a relic in the legendary transmute? because the relic transmutes expire. There's no reason not to reprint those, from what I can see.

Sorry - yes - the +2 Sacred Sling is an ingredient in Legendary Io's Ultra Keen Longbow.

As far as I know, a UR that is an ingredient in Legendary has never been reprinted.

My statement was a conditional, I don't have strong feelings one way or the other.

As far as I know, a UR that is an ingredient in Legendary has never been reprinted.
