Blessed redoubt hat : head : cannot be surprised, +2 con, +2 dex

Redoubt horn : off hand : +2 damage and may remove surprise from other party members 1/ game 3/4/5/6 may be used as a weapon by ranger and monk counts as a +2 weapon. Additional damage not baked in since it goes on the party card for main hand and spells.

Redoubt buckler : offhand : +2 armor, -2 fort, may be used with 2 handed ranged or melee weapons. Usable by those that can use the mail.

Maybe a relic redoubt buckler also?

Ideas I may have been inspired from elsewhere, they may be original, I thought of them in the shower this morning and wanted to put them somewhere.

The items individually are likely ok. But I have a strong dislike of extending the Redoubt set to more classes, especially with these tokens. Why? A redoubt is a type of strong fortification. To me that says armor, and generally heavy armor.

Completion token transmute, another heroism item maybe. Requires X distinct completion tokens per year and at least 1 relic recipie recipie fragment, or let them be wild cards. Can be transmuted in 2021 or 2022. Would be nice if the fragments could provide a path to something for those that dont draw enough to get a complete set, and everyone really liked collecting completion tokens last time.

Could provide a mulch mechanism for any +1 level items and a special year of monster bits along with some other trade. Maybe multiple +1 level items.

I'd expect the recipe for an Ioun Stone of Heroism to take more resources than the Ring or the Charm took, or else the token to still have some tradeoff (like requires 2 Ioun Stone slots). If we want a recipe closer to the Ring and no tradeoff on the token itself, then I'd suggest a more limited slot.

Also, should we do class cards before tokens?

I like having a place to drop an idea about tokens when I have them.

I'd be OK with a more expensive recipe. I'd really like to see a reprint of the Ring and/or Charm of Heroism, although that goes against the "no reprinting relics" plan of Jeff's - although that didn't really seem ironclad.

Honestly I'm surprised we're not arguing about transmute recipes yet.

Ring of heroism shows more than one date in token dB... Doesn't that mean it has been reprinted once already?

It was made available in a limited fashion in 2013 (treasure boxes I think), I think only the 2015 version was available for transmuting.

Kinda sorta but really no. The first batch was release early through the treasurebox and other means before the recipe could actually be finished. Once the recipe could be completed the remaining 2013s were given out and more were printed because the transmute window was still open. Same would likely happen with any token that "sold out" while the window was open (see COA v3 this year)
