While I love the idea of switching Arcane set to be more Cabal items, it feels a bit late in the game. In theory we'd want (or at least I think it would be fitting) for their bonuses to scale like the existing Cabal items.

Would it be an option to have the set bonus be "may count as 1 item from the cabal set?

Or is that too much without reprinting them?

I think you’d have to reprint them then. Obviously most would rather just be new items and maybe expand the bonus to more than 3. Might be wishful thinking though

This is my only post on this round of new tokens, Jeff/Druegar great job! Every new UR token except one looks perfect to me....

Once the Cooks Hat got nerfed from adding IS two revisions ago it was taken off my list. I no longer have skin on this one so this is just an honest assessment: Kill this token, it's awful. It's going to be about as popular as the Pixie Figurine. Seems kind of pointless, undesirable and an insult more than a Tribute. (I'm from Philly and blunt so treat my post as a "It's always Sunny in Philadelphia" cynical but honest comedy.

If someone likes to play a fighter/barb/pali/cleric are they going to wear a Michael Jackson hat over a Helm? I think they would go for the AC as the art also works against it. Please throw this one a bone or throw it out like Michael Jackson would.

Compare with the medallion of heroism. +1 level at the cost of two slots.

Having said that, I’d be bummed to get one as a random token.

Its the least impactful of the UR level boosters to mostly red builds. It would cost most of my builds a norse opal and a ruby cube. No real loss when compared to neck and 2 rings, or a ring and -1 saves

Yeah, I agree. I don't really care much as I decided to invest in a Ring of Heroism last year. I thought the 4 Ioun limit was OK, and a fair trade-off, because the head slot is generally pretty weak for non-fighters. But now the Ring of Fateful Heroism looks much better.

And the theme and look just dosen't go with D&D or TD in my opinion.

I think with letting it have 4 IS it wasn’t terrible for the people at the HC lvl but would always be on the “need to get rid of” status

What ioun stones is it competing with? Beryl prism is the only really desirable rare is. Agate orb isn't bad. Amber cube is good for melee types, but since it's a completion token I expect it to be somewhat hard to get at rare prices.

Next year , with the current 3 is allowed, you will get one assuming TE but in 2021 all three slots will have TE on them so their will be no option of an IS
