+1

ISGN. 19 & 20
ISPN. 21 & 22
Next TE. 23 - 24
Another TE 25 - 26. (With a possible Transmute using AOTF)

Based on what Jeff has laid out, it’s going to be a long time until there is not a TE in print.

We don't know yet if the 2023 and 2025 TE URs are new ones or reprints. It's possible they will be exact or functional reprints of the CoGF and RoR (those are the only two other than the Ioun Stones available to reprint), or it's possible they will be brand new.

Functional reprints of the CoGF and RoR would raise the treasure cap by as much as 7. That, IMHO, is too much.

Not if you do it right.

Loop of Riches: +3 TC, cannot wear RoR or CoA

Loop of Good Fortune: TCs adds CoGF, counts as CoGF, cannot wear CoGF or CoA

Then the cap doesn’t rise, you don’t have to change the CoA recipe, and they could be ingredients in a legendary TE that uses AoTF as an ingredient.

Not if it's like this :
Ring of Fortune. +3 treasure. Does not stack with Ring of Riches. Heck you could make it +4 treasure if it didn't stack with ror, and eventually work your way to a new coa.

Why is there even discussion of TE for 2020? We will have the ISGN still in print. Then in 2021 there will be ISGN. Can we just postpone all TE discussion till we discuss for 2023?

Honestly? Can’t speak for anyone else, but I hate reprints. It feels too soon to talk about 2020, but I know the new schedule demands it.

So, I’ll come back to 2020. Put me down as “please, no” on all literal reprints. Especially Mithral Gauntlets. I’d be okay with Gauntlets of Might (+4 STR -1 saves) or something

I was thinking 2023 would be some new treasure enhancer. Then 2025 would be CoGF plus the new TE Legendary which combines the AoTF, 2023 new TE, & CoGF. The new legendary could partially stack with CoA, since it will allow you to finally get the AoTF, but you dont get double CoGF. So, everyone gets more treasure, but those without CoA get to catch up a little bit. Plus those without CoA now get to contribute to CoGF count.

And then, not to exclude players that started after AoTF was around, reprint it in 2027...also stalling treasure creep another 2 years.

...thats what i would do/like to see, anyway. Im sure some will find that plan offensive for one reason or another.

Why not reprint large chunks of the Mithral set and just update the set bonus to something more interesting? Is the request for reprint just to bring back a BiS item?

There is very little demand for most of the Mithral set.

I get that, because a number of slots are no longer bis.

If there is really very little demand for the set and someone wants to get rid of Mithral boots for cheap, PM me. they would be a upgrade from my boots of the marauder.

Taking people's thoughts on what 2020 should have or could have, reprint both Lenses of Vital Insight and Sniper Spectacles and have a relic transmute that takes both that gives +5 to hit to anybody using a ranged attack and allows rogues to sneak attack at range or keeps at +3 to hit and expands crit range or whatever.

Reprints things out of print for a while, gives an eyes transmute in the all important 2020 year, and does miscellaneous other stuff. Biggest problem I see [sic] is that having two URs in the eyes slot in the same year is not the most awesome thing ever.
