If Mithral Gauntlets were reprinted, could the set bonuses be revisited? It seems a shame to reprint something from the mithral set only for it to be used outside of the set, and since the mithral set (among others) is maintained and carried forward, wouldn't it be nice if they were actually used?

Perhaps it could be:
3 Piece: +1 Level
5 Piece: +10 Retribution Damage
6 Piece: +5 to melee hit and damage

These bonuses all bake into the party card for much easier set management, and they also are not nearly as situational, which is a tread in newer sets. This would also allow some reprints of some or all of the existing mithral items and actually have them be a desirable item

Don't know if it was mentioned or not, but I'd like to see Scroll Bless get reprinted.

Shield of the Scholar and Mithral Gauntlets get my vote.

Necklace of the Oak - though a different name would be fine too.

Neck is supposed to be one of the most powerful slots. For rares it tops out at +2 total stats, when UR has +6 and +7 as options.

Maybe we could get rares up to +4 or even +5 total stats?

Necklace of the Oak was dungeon only - I don't think a dungeon only tokens has been reprinted yet.

As Endgame says, given what UR neck items do, a rare neck item nowadays should be something like:

+1 STR, +3 DEX or +2 STR, +2 CON.

Actually, it pre-dates Munchkin. John Kovalik writes Dork Tower - the idea of a Duck in a Dungeon came from him originally. He later worked with SJG as the artist on Munchkin and included variations on the Duck in the Munchkin game.

Sorry - I know waaaay too much about Munchkin from being immersed in it over the years.

Separate note - Kovalik is a great guy - any excuse to bring him in on a True Dungeon project would absolutely be worth doing (maybe have grind one year just be Kovalik jokes - we already did a Knights of the Dinner Table themed one)(the Gazebo).

I'd recommend items that have been a few years that are in legendary transmutes:
Gauntlets of Linked Fury
a variant of the deadly drow mace used in the deathcleaver transmute
+2 sacred sling

Outside of those:
Definitely shuriken of various sorts (or reskin as darts or throwing knives/throwing daggers)
Feedback loop
Wind set
Darkthorn set
Censer of Sacrifice
Horn of Blasting

Do you have enough inventory for a blast of dozens of new players to read my starter token threads and then all pickup the earcuffs of vitality?

Its the number one concern I have with recommending anything more than 2 years old. Does anyone retain a stock large enough for a couple of dozens newbies to pickup the same OOP rare?
