And I should add, there is already a figurine of power that allows a reslide once per game. (Figure of power panther, I believe).

Two concerns:
  1. Would slow down combat too much if multiple people use the ability in the same round?
  2. Re-slide is the Human Fighter's one unique ability. I suggest that we not give it away to other classes more than we already have. If the character card updates happen in a year or two and the Fighter picks up something else, then maybe it may make sense to open it up to more classes.

We already have 2 different re-slide items (feedback loop and figurine: panther).

The more I think about the extra round, I think the reason big spell-casters were excluded from the original charm is because their rounds tend to take longer with the skill checks. As-is, the argument could be made against all spell-casters that they make everyone stand around waiting. Ultimately, we all have times when we wait during a combat. If 4-5 people all had the charm or a relic like I am proposing, and all just slid attacks - if it takes more than 60 seconds it would be unusual. Remember, the monster doesn't get to respond so it is just slide - calculate damage, then go back to sliding again (since the party would have initiative).

I don't see this being a big drag on speed of overall combats. We'll see it in action in June with the new charm.

Reprint +1 ring of protection as a rare. Transmute to

Ring of the Princes
+1 ac, +1 hp, +1 all saves

Edit - if you reprint one or more of the minor ring of saves, you could use those as components. Create a common charm with +1 hp and use it too, so you could end up with a recipe like this :

Ring of protection
Minor ring of reflexes
Charm of vitality (1 hp)
1 Philosophers stone
1 Dwarven steel

Yeah, the recipe could certainly be tweaked, but it probably shouldn't be terribly expensive as a number of rare rings are of equavilent power - ring of saves gives +4 to one save allowing you to cover one save that is poor which is much better than +1 to all. It also wouldn't really compete with a ring of dark health, and it's a little better than a ring of the anointed, depending on how much you value the +1 to hit you get from rounding out Dex.

Not everyone has both Relic and Legendary Belts. Especially if they started after they were released. Also, there is nothing to say someone might not have a different build, or there won't be an alternate belt that is better is certain instances.

No new slot expanders please. The power creep is very real and is becoming increasingly problematic. We should encourage new items that compete with existing best in slot. That is why most new legendaries that are class specific are neck slot to force choices for builds.

I would support another belt/waist slot item that would compete with Sutr’s Belt. I wouldn’t just do the same effect, though. Maybe a belt that is just a straight damage boost. Or, funnier, an ever loosening belt that is “let out” (transmuted) as your girth expands (+5/+20/+40 hp) but only for martial classes that would otherwise go with the strength belt.
