TOPIC: Team Synergy 2019 Initial Rosters--Open Slots!

I'm willing to commit to a 5 or later run, I am going to be in the area and my room gets done like 448 each day so I have to just drop stuff off. So long as I have someone in charge of entering stats for me in coaching I'm good.

Looks good! I'll plan the rest of my schedule around it.

I think my most likely conflict is going to be Grind if you wind up snagging Thursday evening instead of Saturday night. I might also have problems with Thursday E1 "late afternoon", if that is being translated into start times around 5pm. I usually picture late afternoon as a bit earlier than that (like 3 or 4pm). The group I help coordinate usually targets start times around 7pm, so it may work out depending how the chips fall.

The problem is volunteer schedules. Several of us are tied up until 4:24 or 4:48.

I've got a waitlist going. I have several people that are in line for slots already, but I'm waiting for the dust to settle as I get responses back to confirm availability.

I'm planning on including some slot information over the next few days. Traveling for work again this week so my time's been somewhat limited. I'm back home on Friday--but hoping to have slot information listed well before then.

James J Krot--can you do that run? If so, it's yours--have you there tentatively right now. It would likely be a 5:00 (or so) slot, so more 'early evening' than afternoon.

I would love Friday morning E3 slot. I can flex most things. How about cleric? Luckily you wont need to hear me sing.

Have this noted and will adjust as I get other slots worked out.

I can commit if you get 448 or later my shift gets done at 5 technically but I can jump over into training if someone puts their builds on their phone.

I'll be targeting these times on two different accounts, as well.

To simplify things next year, I'm going to set up the surveys differently. I will be setting up specific runs/times (i.e. slots) for folks to choose. That will make scheduling (a LOT) easier for me--and will make it more clear what folks are signing up for. There will inevitably be class conflicts (i.e three people wanting rogue for a specific slot), but--I think that way will work better.

I'd be interested in the Friday Evening E1, playing as a Druid.

Added the times. I'm holding off on making any other roster changes--other than people dropping--until we have the runs finalized (i.e. after ticket sales), as things tend to shift quite a bit once we have the actual times.

That wouldn't align with the slots we have at the moment. We may need it, but still trying to get the runs we were wanting.

That would likely work for that slot--it's early and we'll probably lose some people, but--please hold onto it. I'll let you know within the next 45 minutes or so.
