Another GT has been found. I sent the confirmation to Lazlo. Not sure what I am going to do with it yet, but for anyone keeping count...

Chad - we're booking flights and working out scheduling. In the past, we had to arrive by a specific time for the runs. With the staggered start schedule on runs, when do we need to arrive for the GT runs?

well with homeland security, I think I have to come to let everyone down. So be at the top of lucus oil(by homeland and escalators by no later than 630..that way I can start checking off the list and get everyone down to said area

Follow-up question - do we have to have our GenCon badges at that point or not? I thought we did last year but I can't recall with certainty. We're working out timing for getting through Will-Call along with our other endeavors for the day.

I am supposed to say yes you need them. Have people slipped by without them. I am sure they have.

If someone were planning to do such a thing, which I of course do not endorse, that person might want to try and get there name was on the list of "volunteers" allowed into Lucas oil Wednesday night. They have been really sticky about letting people in for the general meeting that takes place before the GT run basically every year since we moved.

As an alternative, badge pickup is available on Wednesday, and there are no ticket sales on site for badges anymore.

So there should be no reason you can't just pick up your badge, and the line shouldn't be that long.
