No. No they weren't.


It must vary by person then, because we were a lot higher than recently in our wish list and still got more runs.

With my party, we had 3 people buying tickets looking for 5 tickets per run. Of 150 wishlisted spots we got 2 runs on the first pass. Had to wait until people started releasing tickets to get our last run.

Starting wishlist numbers were 4500ish, 5200ish, and 8100ish.

This is the first time we have had to wait for people to release tickets to get one of each run.

On our wishlist failures we were seeing lots of runs with 2-4 tickets available. I think that we are attracting a lot of players that are not part of any organized group.

Volunteer schedules did restrict our wishlist time frames somewhat.

Thanks goodness for GHC. Otherwise I'd be nervous about getting full XP this year.

Basically if it weren't for the kindness of some individuals on here (THANKS RAVEN AND WADE AND OTHERS!) My group would have had almost nothing. This is the first year we didn't get runs. Was crazy. Our first guy had a number in I believe the 700s and all he got was a sealed.

How many True Dungeon events did he have in his wish list? He must have had really bad luck not to get more events with a sub 1000 wait list spot.

30 TD events, 20 non-TD

We didn't get much of our non-TD events either :-(

Agreed. I have four people and I created four identical wishlists of 50 each, but only about 45 true dungeon runs (15 of each module).

We all hit go at noon and we all got over 6000 initial numbers. And we waited patiently and we got four tickets to all three modules. The only event we didn’t get was floor catan.

This is the same strategy I used last year when me and my wife had over 5000 numbers.

We were looking for full runs only, which is a very big difference. Been doing this with 5-12 people each year for a decade and this was the first year we had this kind of luck.

Amanda is normally in quick and this year she got about 2200. She got 1 full run then. She also got 5 out of 7 non-TD events. I managed to snag another full run and 1 of the missing events on the second pass through of wish lists.

Interesting. We had the opposite strategy, we all had about 50 TD runs on our wish list but they were all different, so we had about 150 possible runs.
