Don't feel bad Mongo, outside of Snake the boxes seemed to be the way to go for this show. Consensus overall from conversations was that the Bags were Ho-Hum.

I had 72 2018 Chips (50 Bag and 22 pulls) and 80 2017 Chips (50 Bag & 30 pulls). I did get a large amount of Monster Bits, multiples of all 3 greaves, 3 Charms of Transmorph, TB Necklaces and 2 Transmutes from the bags. Gold was really scarce I think I pulled 650gp. I did better trading equipment for gold than actual treasure pulls.

My biggest score was from a 2017 Box in the back room as I pulled an Orb of Dragonkind and the Greater Arcane Scroll tube. I used my 2018 good luck so I don't expect anything else this year. Last year I had amazing luck with the bags at GC as I pulled a Legendary, Volunteer Ioun and a UR from two 50 Bags. It's all timing no way to predict. I will say going forward I am going to half and half.

It was a blast! I enjoyed Origins way more than Gen Con. Everything from the City, the Hall, TD and more made it a great experience. The size of the show was really impressive too! It's nice to be able to get several pick runs without waiting around for hours and running all the way from of the convention center to buy weird tickets that you have to run back to the TD area to claim. GC look less attractive every time I go.

Added the Charms of Transmorph list to the first post. If someone has multiples, I only put them down for the first one they have to complete the sequence.

Hopefully, there is an announcement about using them at Gen Con but until then, lmk if you acquire any that we need and I will update the list.

i pulled 4 of the transmorphs if i remember. i'll get the numbers when i am home and organize my tokens from Origins.

I found that i got lots of monser bits from 50bag and box pulls. only purple in about 80 or so draws was a runestone base.

i am thinking of getting the wall tapestry and modifying it to my rogue’s cloak.

I just wonder if I could get the logo maybe 1/3 smaller on the back? Lol!

Don’t get me wrong, I was not not complaining. I was just stating this as a fact. It seems I always do better pulling, other than that GameHoleCon when they gave out the wrong bags...

At Pax South I also was lucky enough h to pull a dragon orb out of a box of 50.

I did not take it that way at all, sorry if it came off that way. Everyone I spoke with at Origins had the same disappointment, it seemed overly common that the bags were a let down. I agree on the box pulls and I have more respect for pulling after GC and Origins. I still had luck with bags but 50/50 is my new default.
