I don’t agree.

I was DM one year when a party of two newbies came through. The other eight never sold, or they were caught in a will-call line from hell.

Their first time would have been much more enjoyable if they’d been folded into another party.

There is a big difference between what we were trying to do, and someone who is caught in bad circumstances beyond anyone’s control.

Unless someone else (including you) wants it, I was planning to play the Sorceror. I would love to borrow the +5 staff.

Fine by me as I won't need to use it. I have the relic robes, MEC, relic ring of focus and assorted other relic level wizzy stuff depending on what you need.

My apologies to all, but my wife has had some pregnancy complications which will keep her in the hospital until she delivers, sometime in the next 9 weeks.

Given that, I can hardly make a trip out of town.

I did find a replacement for myself for this run. His name is Eric, (escher),. He is in debate as to whether to play Berserker or one of the Wizard variants.
