Dragon slaying only affects dragons, draccus isn't considered a dragon for these effects.

A draccus is not a dragon. But there would be other ways to slay it, quivering palm bracers and assassinate but we are going damage route because it has already been killed with the none damage way on nightmare.

Can you use your artifact to have an extra main hand slot? Getting 3 melee attacks per round? And 2 range throwing attacks per round?

My moral compass will not allow me to participate in that choice. I don't believe the Draccus is a Fey creature so getting the +3 Iron/Silver against Fae on the party card is disingenuous and manipulating the system. If I did this and we won it would cheapen the victory for me. If you were asking for a vote, I vote no.
