This was the year the legendary player, Darkangel866, began playing. He was smart enough not to look at the medusa, but died to the beholder. Since his resurrection, he has defeated Smoak on Nightmare every time, co-founded the Silver Bullettes Adventuring Party (with Stormie and EN429), and generally rocked TD at every incarnation.

I thought that info was going on the bronze plaque at the base of the statue being raised in your honour. Should we copy it into the 2007 section, too?

I was just trying to be funny. And I ruined the surprise about my bronze statue. I feel like such a heel ;)

LOTS of additional info added to the timeline - this is far more comprehensive than the old version that was lost in the ether. Special thanks to Druegar for the suggestions and to Frank (WaterSomePlants) for all the great old newsletters! :)

Suggestion for 2012:
Scrolls changed from being labeled as either Arcane, Divine, or All to specifying which classes can cast them.
Have you looked it up in the TDb?
Please post TDb corrections in this thread .
If I write something in teal, it should not be taken seriously.

I've got it updated on the master document (which is now 35 pages long). :)

Not sure if this is important enough for the timeline, but I'll throw it out there.

In addition to the True Grind and Mini-Dungeon, the TD presence at WYC in 2014 included a TD 101 session and a Meet the Creators.

TD also had a presencse at Indy Pop Con, having the same two sessions (not sure if content was same as I only made it to one session at IPC).

This is my first year going to a con other than GenCon, so I don't know if having these away from GenCon is new, or happens all the time.

From having been there every year (Was at SoCal but as an artist, not to play)all I have to add is the verification of 14+ hour days. I fondly remember the year I came down Monday to help build, then there were some staffing issues so I coached non stop first group til last thursday and friday, with only having to do a half day saturday :) if that's not love for your craft....

it was weird last year when people started coming up and telling me my shift was over, get out.

even more than that I remember being down on my luck more than once, and the TD crew went outta their way to get me down there and helped me out in many ways. best buncha people out there

Hi All,

I've updated the 2015 and 2016 pages. Obviously there will be a lot more 2016 Info added this year. If anyone has any additional info to add, let me know.

Also, for the years that don't have this info, if anyone wants to go through the TD Modules and work up riddle reveals and/or room summaries, I'd love to add that info as well. I've got it for the early years, but not the later years.

Thanks!!
Mike

As I started reading through the old dungeon it dawned on me are the retro dungeons at WYC reusing the old puzzles exactly as they are written here? I'm curious about true dungeon's history but I'd prefer not to accidentally spoil myself on some puzzles I may face in the future if I can avoid it.
