I'll also say that I'm going to bring some boardgames I'd be happy to teach anytime other than during my runs or any Patron events.

Completely agree here that there will likely be more demand than supply. It's probably not unrealistic to assume 75% of everyone who has a skull will either be there or will be loaned/leased a skull for the event. That is a good number to use for initial estimates. The Patron piece being separate in person there increases that number by quite a bit.

The Google form you sent for people to attend should be a good initial tracker for you but will likely be lower than actual demand (it only reflects people who are committing now - many others still need to work out time off, etc..) I can't imagine it being less than 300+ people. I am going with a friend plus I am personally loaning out 2 more skulls. I know at least a dozen other people doing the same thing in my immediate friend circle.

If demand is much more than you thought - maybe stretch this into Sunday as well (if the location is available) or start earlier in the day and run later. If additional short volunteer shifts become available (ie we could volunteer for a couple hours rather than 8 or 16 hour blocks), volunteer staffing would be more than covered.

I would bring all my Funkoverse to do teach and/or do a tournament for folks, but I don't think Fiddy is going to let me bring them all again..lol.

I don't want any of my skulls to go to waste, I'm sure however many my friends and I don't use I'll sell the badges for them to people that are wanting to attend that don't have Skulls. Most of the Skulls I can see not being used are from people that aren't attending and aren't comfortable with physically loaning them to someone else to bring - who knows how many that is.

Oh man, If there is a lot of down time, maybe I could get players for some of my favorite board games that I almost never get to the table:
Die Macher
Time Agent
Das Zepter Von Zavandor
Madeira
Galaxy Trucker (all rounds, not just the first 2)

Or maybe just some games of MTG Commander.

I'm going to guess that the number of attendees will be within 10% of the number of Skulls made. Most who can't go or have extras will find people to use them (or visa versa).

That was quite the rabbit-hole, but that was a REALLY neat read. I had no idea.

Is there a way to verify our Registration was submitted successfully? I have had some bad luck with Google Forms this year and was just curious if there is a way to verify things were correct and somebody doesnt miss a chance to attend Skull Con.

I am very excited to attend and see what surprises you have in store.

I will start working on the registrations next week after 6c is finished. I am collecting data at this point and need to figure out what I'm going to do with said data and start contacting people. Hold tight for about a week (Monday and Tuesday will be swag shipping) and then I'll post here when I have started going through the registrations!

Thanks!
