TOPIC: True Dungeon Teams Up with Worldbuilders

Since (I think?) I've been the only one successful in getting responses via an intermediary from the worldbuilders team over the last few weeks, I thought I'd share this recent response:

I received an update from the Worldbuilders team. The True Dungeon team page prizes were fulfilled over the last two weeks and yours was a part of that. I have a tracking number for you, see here: [REDACTED]. The label has been created and will be picked up by USPS this week.

Based on tracking, this should arrive Friday, so it should be here Monday or Tuesday next week I'll update with what it contains.

Thank you for the update. It sounds like another wave of packages might be going out soon. Fingers crossed that the honeycombs and keys will be in folks’ hands soon. (I don’t see anything in Informed Delivery yet, but I’ll keep checking it.)

Package arrived today! For the sake of reminder: here's what I was expecting to receive in this package from the prize we won:

2x Auri's Honeycomb tokens (Worldbuilders Exclusive)
2x Taborlin's Key tokens (Worldbuilders Exclusive)
20 Treasure Token Packs

In addition I expected this to maybe include a 3rd honeycomb from the $30 donation amount.

Heres a large Image of what was received.

TLDR: We're short 16 treasure packs. And still missing the $30 donation token. But at least the worldbuilders-unique tokens from the prize we won are there. Which are honestly the biggest parts I cared about, but still...

I think her honeycombs were part of her prizes. I don't know that anyone else's prizes had honeycombs. I don't believe the grand prize did. It was missing a bunch of Packs and a UR (Bloodless) as I recall. I don't think Honeycomb was listed as a prize. (only dungeon with a friend prize had the honeycombs)


To be clear Prizes and Donations rewards are two different things. She received some of her listed prizes, not Donation reward....which no one has reported receiving.

LAST EDIT: I do not expect anything from TD regarding any of this. I do hope if they decide to something with WB in the future though that they make an official comment on this, just because many on the forums have expressed their displeasure with how WB has handled this.

Well yes and no. Keep in mind the honeycombs I received were an explicit PART OF THE PRIZE DRAW, not part of the "$30 donation = honeycomb" thing. To my knowledge nobody has received the $30 donation= honeycomb. but yes, I believe I am the only person to receive a honeycomb so far, these 5 "TD with friends" were also the only prize draws that included it.

It appears you received 20 tokens for each instead of 10 10-packs of tokens for each. Maybe WB did not understand what a 10-Pack of tokens was.

Cassie got 40 Tokens. Though 4 10 packs. So even if they didn't know the difference the number is still wrong.

Mine was 21 packs out of 100 packs listed. So that number is wrong too.

Someone else mentioned previously I think that it seems like the packs are about 1/5 of what was published.


If my math is right (and it might not be) 750 packs were listed as prize. So TD should have sent them 750 packs. That doesn't include the 510 honeycombs (500 for donation rewards and 10 for prizes), ~50 Taborlin keys (35 for donation rewards and 14 listed as prizes).

If they did send out 1/5 of the packs as prizes. There are still 600 packs sitting in WB, along with 500 honeycombs, and 35 Keys.....And maybe 4 Kvothe’s Bloodless.

You may well have the only 2 of each of those tokens out there. Some of the rarest tokens ever released.

You may well have the only 2 of each of those tokens out there. Some of the rarest tokens ever released.

If it were 1 of 2 (more likely 1 of 10 for the other friends with TD winners). You likely could get a lot more than a CoA for one....lol
