That’s probably it. My phone was showing O B and now the image changed to Or Be.

Maybe Orion's Belt allows us to jump? Now everyone can attack at ranged using melee stats, as long as you're willing to forego those sweet sweet STR-boosting belts...?

Alternatively it could just be a str belt, the frost giant girdle was one of the first relics.

if we are getting a letter a day and it is 6 to 8 letters in the first word that means it will be done put us done Monday or Wednesday next week (I think). Hopefully that is enough time to solve what we are supposed to do with to get this recipe (unless it is just turn in a set at Gen Con that unlocks the recipe on www.truedungeon.com/transmuted

I was thinking exactly this! (of course, I was lying in bed while thinking it, and too tired/lazy to get up and type it out... so thanks for putting it out there, Fiddy!

Honestly, I am 99.9% certain at this point that the Relic is called Orion's Belt, and 75% sure that the power will involve something like jumping. Leaping Attack baked in makes sense.... The Monks get their GoFF... this just opens Melee-at-Range ability to anyone. Well, anyone who wants to forego their current belt.

Might be why Jeff isn't reprinting the GoFF this year, despite so many requests?
Might be why there's more Rare/UR options in this year's set for good ranged attacks (Returning Shuriken/ Assassin's Blade / Sneak Attack Lenses) .. because there will be a new Relic option for everyone?

Gotta Admit.. the Coolness factor of a Relic "Orion's Belt" is gonna make me consider swapping out my Strength Belt no matter what the text-on-token says :D

Great minds are thinking alike. I just came back to post the same thought

Also, assuming we're right on it being Orion's Belt, that would likely mean the dot in the middle of the token represents the star Alnilam. I tried searching forums and TokenDB for any reference to that, but no luck. Maybe the other star names could shed some light? Alnitak? Mintaka?

I don't think it will allow making unlimited melee attacks as ranged. Maybe a 1 per game. It is also still possible jump has something to how we get the recipe/reclic or it was supposed to be a clue to get us to a point we have already got. Similar to how fragment was in the pirate picture but we got fragments by someone finding them in the database.

Someone with better eyes than me. Is the color of the text for a relic the same as the color for the text for an enhanced or exalted? To me they don't look the same but maybe it is just being on different colored tokens that makes it look that way. If they are different to me the Or Be looks closer to a enhanced or exalted, but again it could just be my eyes.

Just a few thoughts: "What does Gordon do?" to me doesn't point to "Jump," as that's his name, not what he does. What he does (or did, rather) is STARS in roles. Just as the other people in the "clue image" starred in roles as actors. If you read his wikipedia page, there are multiple references to him "starring" in one role or another.

However, JUMP could also be a clue in itself (since people latched onto it) as clicking the RoR picture caused us to "jump" to another page. "How high, not very" maybe references that the "jump" is very low on the page.

Just my thoughts.
