If you seek the riches
Ring truth for which to sound
The items that you’ll need
To forge a relic found
Go down for which we’ll lead
A ledge so near the ground

Sounds like it involves ring of riches?

I think another possibility is you have to ring a bell that signifies truth and have the fragment pieces with you.

Just a guess.

Editing to expand.

I'm guessing you'll have to ring some kind of bell of truth, have the all 6 fragments in hand, and they will take you somewhere to exchange.

Relic Recipe Fragment 1 also has some not hidden text that is interesting.

Collect all of the unique variations of this token to unlock a special transmuted recipe. The recipe requires one of each unique fragment.

Those not wishing to make the aforementioned recipe may use this token in place of any 2019 Monster Trophy. Thus, it could be used as a “wild card” in a recipe that requires a 2019 Monster Trophy. E.g., if a recipe calls for a Blight Bud, this token could be submitted in place of a Blight Bud token. Only 2019 Monster Trophies may be substituted in this manner. It could not, for example, be used in the recipe for Figurine of Power: Dog because that required a 2018 Monster Trophy. It may also be counted as a Monster Trophy toward a Golden Fleece trade token. There is no restriction on the number of Relic Recipe Fragments that can be substituted for a Monster Trophy when exchanging them for a Golden Fleece. E.g., you could send in 10 Fragments, 9 Fragments & 1 Trophy, 5 Fragments & 5 Trophies, or any ratio as long as they total 10 per Fleece.

So is the ledge ....how high....not very. Or do we think still you need to jump. How high? not very?

I really like how we can turn in the lot for a recipe or substitute as monster bits for fleece/recipes.

This will still provide a person who just pulls one to find value in it.

I like how
tokendb.com/ingredient-for/a-mystery-item/

Makes it sound like we don't need trade goods, just the pieces. Also it is a mystery item, which makes me think it might not be a token again....just saying.

Anyone know where they will be hosting grind at GC this year? From what I thought I read it was going to be out where people can spectate. From the hint I wonder if the top of the bowl at Lucas oil would be considered close to the ground since the bowl is recessed

Stadium : North Plaza : HQ

"A combat hackfest for those who enjoy TD's combat slider system. NEW! Spectators can now watch for free. Just show up and enjoy the carnage. Your party will face the incredible task of traveling across a hostile hellscape of nightmares. Familiarity with TD's combat system required! (New players should first go through a normal dungeon or attend the TD 101 seminar)."

I thought it was at the top of the escalator area, but I could be very wrong about that.
