How long have they been planning this...lol

I know right? I appreciate the complexity of this treasure hunt.
We have talked about realistic expectations for what the fragments will help make. It may sound cheesy but it might just be the journey of discovery that will be the real benefit in the end.

I've been looking for any significance in the dots. To me, their positioning have too many relationships to the images below for them to represent something on their own i.e. dots on eyes, on clothing edges, on hair lines, etc.

Interestingly enough, the bottom right (and possibly the top middle image) are the only images without a dot in the eye.

Probably not useful, but...

Cincinnati
city on the Ohio River in Ohio, U.S., founded 1789 and first called Losantiville; the name was changed 1790 by territorial Gov. Arthur St. Clair, in honor of the Society of the Cincinnati, a fraternal veterans' organization founded 1783 by former Revolutionary War officers (St. Clair was a member) and named for Lucius Quinctius Cincinnatus, 5c. B.C.E. Roman hero who saved the city from crisis and then retired to his farm rather than rule. His name is a cognomen in the gens Quinctia, meaning literally "with curly hair," from Latin cincinnus "curl, curly hair." Related: Cincinnatian.

Connect the Dots.. La La La La

There are multiple ways that you can connect those dots, but maybe the attached image will give someone some inspiration?

Edit, maybe you could rearrange the relic fragments into this shape? Or something?

Anyone research Braille in relation to the dots?

Michael McKean aka Mr. Green aka the missing Clue actor did the voiceover for Dr. Wolper in Batman: The Dark Knight Returns Part 1 and Part 2.

Is this a link to the Dark Knight reference?

If anyone thinks it may have anything to do with constellations, here's some info on summer stargazing:

"Here are seven constellations that make up the Northern Hemisphere's lineup in this season:

Aquila
Cygnus
Hercules
Lyra
Ophiuchus
Sagittarius
Scorpius
In Greek mythology, Sagittarius is a centaur, with a man's head and torso on a horse's body. This constellation features several celestial objects, including globular clusters.

Lyra, known as the Lyre, contains the star Vega, which is 26 light-years away from Earth and is more than twice the size of the sun. The annual Lyrid meteor shower features meteors that appear to shoot out from Lyra."
